Have you checked the traffic at the firewall to make sure the destination / port aren't being blocked? That certain looks like something might be blocking it at the edge. Just a thought.

jonahzona It works on other computers but there is about seven out of xviii computers it doesn't work on. It'south not relating to user either every bit I logged on as myself and it still came up with the same message.

I am not familiar with the education edition as i play the Java edition on PC. If information technology uses Java you may have to change the local firewall settings to let Minecraft through.

I ran into your same issue on a clean install of Win10. After installing on a unlike PC and not experiencing this consequence, I went to uninstall and try over again on the original computer. Nevertheless, I noticed there were (2) Minecraft: Education Edition apps listed as installed. Even so, on the computer that was working, there was only 1 instance listed. Of the ii apps listed every bit installed, one icon had a blueish groundwork and I believe the other was green. I uninstalled the greenish icon, and then launched the remaining Minecraft: Didactics Edition app. Now the proper sign in page appeared.
Then basically, the error seems to bespeak that you don't have an internet connection, just actually it is expecting another popup to show where you lot sign in to the microsoft business relationship. I believe that is that service it is looking for that generates that fault.
Maybe that will work for you. Below is how it looks after it was fixed.

I am having Issues with the same thing so I don't know what to do and The matter is that I have nifty cyberspace and a groovy internet connection and information technology was working yesterday and if I click on sign in Information technology says the verbal same thing and then when I click "Sign In" because I want to sign in and information technology's also the only button on my screen and cipher happens merely the sign in push button nevertheless and the demo works but I tin can't admission the full thing itself anymore then can I get some assistance? Besides i'yard on a windows PC.

So I see the green minecraft icon merely how were u able to get the blueish minecraft 1? It still says my internet isn't working fifty-fifty though information technology is.

I was banging my head on this for a while. Hither is what I found:
There is another version of MCEE installed somewhere on the machine (This is one of their Generic errors for this, stupid huh?). If yous have already wiped out the installs in Appwiz.cpl or the Settings, so run the following commands from an admin account in Powershell (Need to also login equally the admin account for this to work):
This one will remove the EXE/MSI version
wmic product where "proper name like '%%Minecraft%%'" call uninstall /nointeractive
These ones will remove the APPX version from the user example and for all users (should only need the allusers option tho)
Get-AppxPackage *MinecraftEducationEdition* | Remove-AppxPackage
Get-AppxPackage -allusers *MinecraftEducationEdition* | Remove-AppxPackage -allusers
After running the commands Restart the reckoner and reinstall with your MCEE of choice.
If you are still having issues, investigate what Spicehead-I2i59 said. For some reason the ADAL.exe dialog box is not popping up
